When you scan a load confirmation or receipt, the document is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) for text extraction. Key facts about this:
HaulerPro stores limited driver information (name, phone number, username, hashed password) to enable dispatch notifications and app access. Drivers can access only their own assigned loads and expenses — they cannot view rates, other drivers' data, or company financials.
As a carrier using HaulerPro, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your drivers to store their information in our platform and to send them dispatch notifications.

HaulerPro claims no ownership over your data. We are a platform — your data is yours.

HaulerPro uses session storage and local storage in your browser to maintain your login session and app preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics platforms that collect personally identifiable information. We do not display ads.
HaulerPro will not analyze, aggregate, sell, license, or otherwise exploit your identifiable data for internal gain, resale, product development beyond your own account, or any other purpose not described in this policy. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all HaulerPro personnel.
HaulerPro is a business platform intended for adults operating commercial freight operations. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you via email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of HaulerPro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
