HaulerPro integrates with 123Loadboard. Connect your own 123Loadboard account to HaulerPro, and you can search available loads and open a load's details without leaving the app. The detail view shows you the commodity and the poster's dispatch contact, name, email, and phone, so you can reach out and make the deal the way you always have: directly, carrier to poster.
How it works
- Connect your 123Loadboard account to HaulerPro. It's a standard secure sign-in through 123Loadboard; HaulerPro never sees your password.
- Search loads from inside HaulerPro.
- Open a load to see the details and the poster's dispatch contact.
- Contact the poster directly and book it the way you normally would.
- Once you've got the load, HaulerPro takes it from there: dispatch it to your driver, keep the paperwork attached, invoice with the POD, and let the IFTA miles capture themselves.
The integration shows you loads from 123Loadboard. Booking, negotiating, and rate confirmations still happen between you and the poster, which is how most hotshot carriers want it anyway.
A separate 123Loadboard subscription is required to use this integration.
