How HaulerPro Works With Load Boards: 123Loadboard and FreightLink

Load boards find the freight. HaulerPro runs the operation once you've got it. HaulerPro connects to two load boards, 123Loadboard and FreightLink Solutions, so you can search freight from inside the same app you dispatch from. And once you've booked, you don't retype anything: scan the broker's rate confirmation and HaulerPro reads it and builds the load for you. Here's exactly how the workflow flows from finding a load to getting it dispatched, documented, and invoiced.

Two Load Boards, One Search Screen

The Find Loads tab in HaulerPro has a source selector at the top. Pick 123Loadboard or FreightLink Solutions, enter your origin city and state, set a destination or leave it open, choose an equipment type if you want to narrow it (van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, or power only), and search. Results show the lane, pickup date, equipment, rate, and distance, with the rate per mile worked out for you. You can sort by newest, best rate per mile, or shortest run.

Find Loads is available to managers and dispatchers. Drivers don't see it, since searching freight is a dispatch job.

Both sources follow the same rule: HaulerPro searches and displays. Booking happens on the load board. Nothing from either board is written into your HaulerPro account. Results live on the screen while you look at them and are gone when you navigate away. When you find a load you want, you go to the board to book it. The rate con the broker sends you is what brings the load into HaulerPro.

123Loadboard

The 123Loadboard connection uses your own 123Loadboard account. You connect it once from the Integrations panel in HaulerPro, and from then on the Find Loads tab searches 123Loadboard's postings. You can open a load's detail view inside HaulerPro to see the full posting before you decide.

One important note: a separate 123Loadboard subscription is required. The integration connects your existing 123Loadboard account to HaulerPro. It does not include or replace that subscription.

FreightLink Solutions

FreightLink Solutions is the second source. To use it, you need a FreightLink account with an approved email address, which you set up directly at freightlinksolutions.net. The first time you switch the source selector to FreightLink, HaulerPro asks for that email and saves it to your user profile. After that, searches run under your FreightLink account.

Each FreightLink result carries a "View on FreightLink" link that opens that specific load on the FreightLink site. That's where you contact the poster and book. HaulerPro is not part of that step.

Bringing the Rate Con Back to HaulerPro

This is the part that saves the most time. Whether you booked on 123Loadboard, FreightLink, or straight off a phone call with a broker, you end up with a rate confirmation. In HaulerPro, you don't key it in by hand.

Open a new load and tap Scan Load Con. Take a photo of the rate con or upload the PDF. HaulerPro's AI reads the document, pulls out every stop, the pickup and delivery details, and the rate, and shows you what it found for review. Confirm it and the load form fills in from the scan. The original rate con is stored on the load record, so it's there when a dispute comes up and it's already attached when you submit that load's invoice to a factoring partner.

It works on any broker's load con, not just loads you found through the two boards. That matters because your freight comes from a lot of places, and every one of them should land in the same clean dispatch record.

The Workflow: From Load Board to Dispatched Load

Here's how a load moves from the board into your operation:

Search inside HaulerPro. Open Find Loads, pick your source, set the lane and equipment, and look through what's posted. Sort by rate per mile if you're chasing margin, or by newest if you want first shot at fresh postings.
Book on the load board. When you find the right load, open it on 123Loadboard or FreightLink and complete the booking the same way you always have. The broker sends you the rate confirmation.
Scan the rate con into HaulerPro. Open a new load, tap Scan Load Con, and photograph or upload the rate con. Review what HaulerPro read, adjust anything that needs it, and save. That's your dispatch record, with the rate con already attached. An existing user with the app open can have a load set up and dispatched in under 60 seconds.
Assign the driver. Pick a driver from your roster. When the load is assigned, the driver gets a consent-based text message so they know right away, and they can see the load details in the driver app.
Scan the BOL and other paperwork. The driver scans the BOL and any other documents from the phone app and attaches them directly to the load record. No emailing documents back and forth.
Update status as the load moves. Drivers tap status updates from the driver app. Picked up, in transit, delivered. Each update flows to the load record so dispatch has full visibility on every load.
Deliver and generate the invoice. When the driver marks the load delivered and submits the POD, it auto-attaches to the invoice. One click generates the invoice from the completed load record.

Why This Two-Tool Approach Works

A lot of carriers try to run everything through the load board or everything through a spreadsheet. Neither gives you what you need on the operations side. Load boards are built to match freight with capacity. They are not built to manage your drivers, log your expenses, capture mileage by jurisdiction for IFTA, or generate invoices.

HaulerPro handles the side of the business that starts after you've booked the load. Setting Up the Connections

123Loadboard: If you already have an account, connecting it to HaulerPro takes a few minutes from the Integrations panel. You'll sign in to 123Loadboard to authorize the connection. If you don't have an account yet, you'll sign up directly with 123Loadboard. HaulerPro does not manage or bundle that subscription.

FreightLink Solutions: Sign up at freightlinksolutions.net and get your email approved there. Then, in Find Loads, switch the source to FreightLink and enter that email when prompted. That's the whole setup.
